Features:
1. Abrasive resistance ,the Abrasive resistance of UHMWPE at first ranks, and over some of the metal, UHMWPE wear index mortar is only 1/5 of PA66, 1/10 of HDPE and PVC; co***red with metal, 1/7 of carbon steel, l / 27 of brass.
2. I***ct strength, the i***ct resistance of UHMWPE is about 2 times than PC, 5 times than ABS, 10 times more than the POM and PBTP.
3.Self-lubricating ,UHMWPE has a very low coefficient of friction (0.05~0.11), self-lubricating outstanding. In the absence of lubricant condition after the best self-lubricating Teflon (PTFE); when it sliding or rotating, even better than steel and brass adding more lubricants
4. Chemical resistance, UHMWPE has excellent chemical resistance, in addition to strong fluorinated acid, but at a certain temperature and concentration ability of corrosive media (acids, bases, salts) and organic media (except for naphthalene solvent).
5.I***ct energy absorbent, UHMWPE has excellent i***ct energy absorption, the i***ct energy absorption is maximum in all plastics, and thus good noise damping properties, excellent noise reduction effect.
6. Not sticky, UHMWPE surface adsorption force is very weak, its anti-adhesion ability rank next only to PTEE that plastic viscosity is best,So the product surface adhesion with other materials is not easy.
7. Hydrophobic, UHMWPE has low water absorption, generally less than 0.01%, only next to PA6 1%
